Introduction
YuJa Panorama generates accessibility scores and alternative formats for many of the materials you add to your Canvas courses. This includes uploaded documents such as PDFs, PowerPoints, and Word documents. Panorama also works with editable HTML content such as Course Announcements, Discussions, and Pages. For more information on compatible content with YuJa Panorama, you can view Getting Started with Panorama for Instructors
Accessibility Score and Report
When you enter HTML content within Canvas' Rich Content Editor or upload a file into your Canvas course, your digital content will be assigned an accessibility score using YuJa Panorama's tool. This score will be broken down into a report.
You will also have access to real time reports while you are creating your documents. To access your real-time report, you can click on the accessibility gauge icon to see what issues you may need to address before you publish your content to your Canvas course.
Note: It is important to note that while your HTML content may receive a high accessibility score, if there are included links to outside material or third-party publishers, your accessibility score does not reflect the accessibility of that outside source, so it is your responsible to ensure your students can access all of the digital material covered in your course.

Panorama Platform
You can store your digital content, access their accessibility score, and make edits to your accessibility issues all in one place using Panorama's platform. If you have a Canvas course, you can access this platform from Canvas without ever leaving your course as well as access to a Course Report page. Additionally, anyone at Davidson-Davie can use Panorama's accessibility platform and tools by opening the main YuJa Panorama Platform homepage and logging in using their Davidson-Davie credentials.

Accessing Alternative Formats
Alternative Formats convert your documents into a variety of accessible documents available for instructors and students. If there is a colored icon next to the content (green, yellow, or red for instructors and blue for students), the content can be viewed in at least one additional way. To learn more about how to access alternative formats for instructors, view this Alternative Formats guide for Instructors.
Accessibility Widget

Both instructors and students have access to an Accessibility Widget to customize the Canvas page to better support their needs. To learn more about the many features available with this widget, feel free to explore the Overview of Panorama's Website Accessibility Widget – YuJa Help Center.
