To help you find information quickly, you can organize your videos by creating folders in your “My Media” page or by favoriting videos. You can also create sub-channels within your video channels to help organize content there.


Create Folders

  • The main page where all of your videos are shown is the “My Media” page. At the top left of the page, you can click “Add Folder” to create folders for your videos. 

  • These folders can be accessed by icons above your individual videos or from the menu to the left of the screen.

  • Videos can be dragged and dropped into folders.

Add videos to Favorites list

  • To favorite videos, hover over the video and click on the star in the upper left corner.

  • The videos can then be accessed by clicking “Favorites” from the menu on the left side of the screen.


Create a Sub-channel

  • Find your course channels by clicking “All Channels" in the menu to the left of the screen.

  • Click on a channel name to bring up the main page for that channel.

  • At the top of the page, click on “NEW SUB-CHANNEL” to create folders within your channel.

Quick Tips

  • To favorite or move several items at a time, hold the ctrl key while selecting the videos then click “More options” at the top of the screen. From the drop-down list, choose “Bulk Favorite” or “Bulk Move”.
